For airport pickups, our drivers will call your nominated mobile number upon arrival and direct you towards your vehicle which will normally be in the pickup area just outside the Terminal building (be it Heathrow, gatwick, Luton, Stansted or London City airport).
If you have selected our optional and convenient Meet & Greet service, our driver will meet you by the Information Desk within the Terminal building, just outside the Arrivals gate.
Your driver will be carrying a board displaying your name so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that you are with the correct driver and company.
Our Meet & Greet service is only £6 more and this includes 30 minutes of free waiting and 30 minutes of free parking time.
We monitor all flights for you, so are aware of any delays prior to dispatching our drivers.
This means you do not incur any charges for flight delays.
In any case, our drivers typically arrive 30 minutes after your flight has landed (unless instructed otherwise by the client) allowing time to pass Customs, Baggage Reclaim and Passport Control.
Please note, that after 30 minutes, additional waiting time and parking charges may apply.
